I'm a board-certified Occupational Therapist with over 14 years of clinical experience across acute rehab, inpatient care, and community-based practice. I'm also a mom of four, a family caregiver, and the host of the AND/BOTH podcast, where I explore the nuance, mess, and meaning of caregiving, identity, and everything in between. I created Dovetail to bridge the gap between the support caregivers need and the tools they’ve been left to patch together on their own. My work lives at the intersection of healthcare, home life, and human complexity and I’m passionate about building systems that honor the caregivers at the center of it all.
